Projects

A journey of “tactical research,” in which I conducted various small studies. The goals were to promptly respond to product inquiries within the promised timeline, and subsequently gather insights into user behavior. These findings were then synthesized to create a comprehensive understanding of user interactions, both in-and-outside of the system.
